Our Plant Care Program is designed to use both Organic and Biological Insecticide Controls to maintain a healthy landscape that is also safe for you and your family. Many new and exciting materials have become available for insect controls that are both effective and very safe for you and your family.
We stress healthy plants through monitoring and control. It is not possible or beneficial to eliminate all pests, but better to maintain a healthy balance. We can control almost all pests through Organic and Biological Insecticides.

Plants need food just like grass, and most are planted in poor soil conditions. The lawn uses up most nutrients that are applied on the surface. Our system of deep root injections puts vital nutrients and bio-stimulants directly into the root system. Our special blend of organic nutrients will give your plants a defense against insects and disease.
 
Plant Health Care Program
Below is a description of some treatments, but remember each property is different, so we custom design a program to fit your needs. One of our NYS Certified technicians will come to your home and meet with you to discuss your needs.

Early Spring: Horticultural Oil
(March - April)
Treatment for Ornamental Tree and Shrubs (20 Feet or Less). Horticultural Oil smothers hibernating insect larvae and over-wintering insect eggs before they can hatch and cause damage to your fruits and trees.

Late Spring: Leaf Eating Sprays
(May-June)
Treatment for Ornamental Tree and Shrubs(20 Feet or Less) for insects that feed on the leaves such as Japanese Beetles Mealy Bugs and various types of caterpillars

Late Spring: Gypsy Moth/Inch Worm Sprays
(May-June)
Treatment for Deciduous Trees over 20 feet tall. Foliar Control for Gypsy Moths and Inch Worms using either BT organic control or Conserve a bio-insecticide

Summer: Summer Oil Sprays
(June/July/August)
Treatment for Ornamental Tree and Shrubs (20 Feet or Less). This is a Vegetable Oil based material that washes harmful pests off landscape plants. This material is 100% organic and totally safe for children and pets.

Fall: Deep Root Fertilization
(October - November)
Deep Root Fertilization consists of a well-balanced, complete fertilizer injected directly into the root system of trees and shrubs. This provides an added boost to your ornamental trees and shrubs for them to develop a stronger root system throughout the cooler winter months.

Late Fall: Ornamental Anti-Desiccant Spray
(October - November)
Anti-desiccant Spray is a waxy covering applied to the leaves and stems of your ornamental plants. This protective covering reduces moisture loss during winter's harsh weather; helps reduce winter burn and desiccation.

• Ornamental Sprays include flowering tree less than 20 feet in height and shrubs completely within your property.

• We us either organic materials or limited risk pesticides on all sprays.
