Our Comprehensive Lawn Care Program

Our seven step lawn care program consists of:

 
Early Spring Lawn Treatment: 18-0-5 fertilizer 40% BCMU slow release Nitrogen with .375% Barricade crabgrass pre-emergent, plus Horsepower broadleaf weed control (2,4-D free).

Late Spring Lawn Treatment:  20-0-5 35% BCMU slow release Nitrogen with  plus Horsepower broadleaf weed control (2,4-D free).

Insect Control Treatment:.225% Allectus-Combination Product (Chinch Bug and Grub Control) Single combination product that will give season long control of both above ground(Chinch Bugs), and below ground(Grubs) insects. Completed with the Late Spring Lawn Treatment.

Summer Lawn Treatment: 24-0-5 50%XCU slow release Nitrogen with Prospect micro nutrient package plus any spot broadleaf or grassy weed control with SquareOne weed control (2,4-D free).

Fall Lawn Treatment: 24-0-5 50%XCU slow release Nitrogen with Prospect micro nutrient package plus any spot broadleaf or grassy weed control with SquareOne weed control (2,4-D free).

Final Fall Lawn Treatment: Balanced Slow Release fertilizer for deep root development and summer restoration.

Sol-u-Cal Enhanced Limestone: Pelletized limestone product four times more effective than conventional lime to help balance the soil and add micro-nutrients. Completed with the Final Fall Lawn Treatment

Optional Services

Preventitive Fungus Control: Liquid Treatment with a Broad Spectrum Fungicide to help prevent damage for major fungus outbreaks. This treatment will last for 21-28 days, so multiple treatment may be needed for season long control.

Core Lawn Aeration and Reseeding: Core aeration helps alleviate soil compaction(a common problem on home lawns), reduces thatch, and allows oxygen to get into the root system of your lawn. This is also a great way to overseed a thin lawn or to repair areas damaged from the summer's heat.
